Our XProtect system has no integrator anymore. Now what?
Bring it to us — orphaned XProtect sites are one of our most common takeovers. We audit the management server, licensing (SLC), device channels and storage health, re-establish admin control, and document the system so it stays yours.
Will our existing cameras work with XProtect?
Almost certainly — Milestone’s device support is the broadest in the industry, which is exactly why we reach for it on mixed fleets. We verify every model during the audit; genuine orphans are rare and usually ancient.
Which XProtect edition do we need?
Most Utah businesses land on Express+ or Professional+; Expert and Corporate earn their cost when failover and multi-site federation stop being nice-to-haves. The honest answer comes from camera count, retention and how much a lost minute of video costs you — we’ll size it at the walkthrough.
