One System.
The Whole Building.

Lighting, shading, climate, audio, access, security and energy — orchestrated by one platform that lives in your panel, not in someone else’s cloud. Where most platforms conduct other brands’ gear, Loxone builds the whole stack itself — and we design it into Utah homes from the pre-wire up.

What One Miniserver Runs

Most “smart homes” are six apps in a trench coat. Loxone replaces the pile: every domain below runs as one program, so the shades know what the thermostat knows, and the lights know who just came home.

LightingAdaptive scenes, circadian dimming, presence-aware — switches you rarely touch.
ShadingBlinds and shades that track the sun, cut summer heat and drop for privacy at dusk.
ClimateRoom-by-room zoning, mini-split control, comfort that follows occupancy.
AudioThe Audioserver feeds architectural speakers in every zone — doorbell and alarm announcements included.
AccessVideo intercom, NFC entry and door control on the same platform as everything else.
SecurityPresence simulation, sirens and alarm logic built in, not bolted on.
EnergyPV, EV charging and load management — the house shifts big loads to solar hours by itself.
Spa & MorePools, saunas, irrigation, ventilation — if it has a contactor, the Miniserver can run it.

The Brain Lives in Your Panel.
Not in a Data Center.

The Miniserver is the difference. Every rule, scene and schedule executes locally — your home works identically when the internet doesn’t. No subscriptions to keep the lights obeying, no company outage that turns your house dumb for an afternoon.

  • Runs entirely on-site — the app is a window, not a dependency
  • Loxone Tree wiring at pre-wire cuts cable runs and terminates clean
  • Air (wireless) reaches the spots a remodel can’t open up
  • Speaks KNX, DALI, Modbus, DMX and dry contacts — it inherits what your building already has

Automation You Feel,
Not an App You Manage.

Loxone’s design philosophy is that a well-programmed building needs almost no input — they call it autopilot, we call it a house that behaves. Doors lock and shades drop when the last person leaves. Music follows you. The alarm arms itself at night.

That only works if the program is written around how your family actually lives — which is design work, not box-mounting. It’s why Loxone sells through trained partners rather than a shelf at the hardware store, and why our installs start with a walkthrough, not a parts list.

When Loxone Is the Right Call — and When It Isn’t

Loxone shines brightest on a new build or full remodel, where Tree wiring goes in with the framing and one platform replaces four. It’s the strongest choice we carry for energy-conscious owners — nothing else ties PV, EV charging and HVAC into one brain this cleanly.

If lighting and shading are the whole story, Lutron’s pedigree there is hard to argue with. If you’re deep in a dealer ecosystem already — racks of AV, existing Control4 or Savant — extending usually beats replacing. We install all of them, so the recommendation follows your building, not our inventory.

Start With the Plan, Not the Parts.

Bring us your floor plan — or just your address — and we’ll design the Loxone system your build deserves, priced honestly against the alternatives.
