What’s In Our Scope
Everything below is bid, rough-wired and trimmed by the same crew. Each links through to what it becomes in the finished house.
Security
Door and window contacts, motion and glass-break locations, keypad and panel positions, and camera runs placed to cover the approach rather than the easy corner.
Network
Wired runs to every television, office and workspace, ceiling positions for access points so coverage is designed rather than hoped for, and a structured panel sized with room to grow.
Audio & Theatre
In-ceiling and in-wall speaker locations, surround and height channels, subwoofer positions, patio and landscape runs, and a planned home for the equipment rack.
Control & Comfort
Keypad boxes at doors and bedsides, thermostat and sensor runs, shade power at the window heads, and gate, doorbell and lock feeds — the ones most often missed.

Your Schedule
Four Touches,
No Surprises
We are on your site four times, and we tell you well before each one. Low voltage is last in at rough-in and easy to squeeze — so we plan around that rather than complain about it.
- Plans and bid. Send the plan set. We mark it up, price it, and walk it with your client before anything is ordered
- Rough-in. After electrical and mechanical, before insulation. Usually one trip, scheduled against your rough inspection
- Trim-out. Devices, speakers, panels and terminations once paint and ceilings are done
- Handover. We commission the system and sit with the homeowner so they leave the walkthrough knowing how to use it
If your date moves, tell us and it is fine. What causes trouble is finding out at drywall — and that is the one call we ask every builder to make.

Your client sees the open walls, and they see the panel when it is finished. Both are a statement about the builder who chose the sub.
- Runs pulled straight, tied at even intervals, radius respected so the cable performs to spec
- Labelled at both ends, with service loops at every device and in the panel
- Line-voltage separation kept properly, and inspection-ready without a scramble
- Photographed before insulation — a record of what is inside every wall, handed to you and the homeowner
- Site left clean, because the next trade in is your problem otherwise
Send us to a job and look at the walls before drywall. That is the fairest test there is, and it is the reason we ask for the first one.
Owner-Builders
Running Your Own Build?
A fair number of the homes we wire are managed by the people who will live in them. It works well, and the low-voltage part is more straightforward than most trades — provided the decisions get made before the walls close.
The trade-off is simple: cable is close to free while the framing is open, and expensive afterwards, because the same run then means cutting, patching, texture and paint. You do not need to buy equipment now. You need to decide where it might go and put wire there.
We will walk the plan with you, tell you plainly which runs matter and which are optional, and coordinate directly with your electrician and framer so you are not relaying messages between trades.
The window is framing complete to insulation. Miss it and the decision gets made for you.
