Serviced & installed by Shield Low Voltage

Your Boardroom Speaks Crestron.
So Do We.

Programming, service, takeovers and new installations for Crestron rooms across Utah — from the touch panel that stopped responding to the executive floor that hasn’t been built yet.

Service & Repair

The Room Was Expensive.
The Silence Is Costing More.

A Crestron room that’s stopped responding doesn’t fix itself, and the integrator who built it may be long gone. We diagnose, repair and reprogram Crestron systems — usually without replacing what you already paid for.

  • Touch panels and keypads — frozen, blank or half-working interfaces brought back
  • Processors and programs — faults traced, code recovered or rebuilt when the source is lost
  • The room that mostly works — the one input nobody can select, the shades that stopped listening
  • Firmware and security updates — kept current, on a schedule, not after a failure

Takeovers

Your Integrator Vanished.
Your System Didn’t.

Most Crestron trouble isn’t hardware — it’s an orphaned system nobody has credentials or code for. A takeover puts a local, answering-the-phone company behind the rooms you already own:

  • Audit first — what’s installed, what firmware, what program, what’s salvageable
  • Code and credentials recovered — or rebuilt cleanly where the originals are lost
  • Documentation you own — drawings, programs and passwords delivered to you, so no one can orphan you twice
  • A service contract that fits — from on-call repair to scheduled care for a floor of rooms

This is the same discipline we bring to surveillance and alarm takeovers — inherited systems are half our commercial work.

New Rooms

One Touch Sets
the Whole Room.

When a space earns the heavy gear — divisible training rooms, multi-display boardrooms, executive floors — Crestron is the language it should speak, and we design, install and program it.

  • Boardrooms and training rooms — displays, shades, lighting and the call, on one press
  • DSP audio — ceiling mic arrays and echo cancellation tuned to the room
  • Standardized across sites — every room behaves the same, so nobody relearns anything
  • Part of our Commercial AV & Conferencing practice

When Not to Crestron

Most Rooms Don’t Need It.
We’ll Tell You Which Kind Is Yours.

A modern video bar covers a ten-person room beautifully at a tenth of the cost — and when that’s the truth, that’s our quote. Crestron is for the rooms that have genuinely earned it. If yours has, nobody does it better; if it hasn’t, we’ll save you the difference.
