Avigilon in Your Building?
We Can Help.

Avigilon service, repairs, expansions and takeovers across Utah — for the warehouses, schools and campuses running ACC with nobody left to call.

Two Roads, One Brand

Unity On-Prem. Alta in the Cloud.

Avigilon — part of Motorola Solutions — splits its world in two, and picking the right side is most of the job. We install, service and migrate both:

Avigilon UnityThe on-premise heavyweight: Avigilon Control Center (ACC) running on your servers, your storage, your rules — built for sites that keep footage in the building.
Avigilon AltaThe cloud-native sibling: cameras stream to a serverless platform managed from a browser — no NVR closet, updates that just happen, sites added in minutes.
H5 & H6 CamerasDomes, bullets, PTZs, fisheyes and multisensors with serious onboard AI — analytics run at the camera, not just at the server.
Find-It-Fast SearchAppearance Search and smart filtering turn “scrub twelve hours of footage” into “show me everyone in a red jacket since noon” — minutes, not evenings.
Access ControlReaders, controllers and wireless locks that live in the same pane of glass as the video, from one door to thousands.
Focus of AttentionACC’s operator view ranks what deserves your eyes right now — one guard genuinely covering what used to take three.
Motorola SolutionsAvigilon sits inside one of the largest public-safety technology companies on earth.
AI at the edgeH5/H6 cameras classify people and vehicles on-camera — alerts worth waking up for.
Cloud or closetUnity and Alta share a family — migration between them is a path, not a rip-out.

Service & Support

ACC Without
the Anxiety.

Avigilon Control Center is serious software on serious hardware — and like anything serious, it wants an adult watching it. We keep Utah’s Avigilon systems healthy:

  • Camera service and swaps — failed units replaced, views re-aimed, analytics re-tuned
  • ACC server care — upgrades, storage health and failover checked before they fail you
  • Expansions — new areas added to the system you already own
  • License management — renewals tracked and right-sized, not auto-renewed at list

Takeovers

Your Integrator Left.
The System Stayed.

Plenty of Utah businesses inherited an Avigilon system from a builder, a previous owner or an integrator who moved on. The takeover puts a local company behind it:

  • Audit first — cameras, licenses, server health and what’s actually recoverable
  • Credentials and configs recovered — or rebuilt cleanly where the originals left with the last company
  • Documentation you own — so nobody can orphan you twice
  • Local response — a Utah crew that answers, instead of a national queue

An honest word at renewal: Avigilon is priced for enterprises with enterprise budgets. Before the next renewal, let us price it both ways — against Verkada and UniFi. If what you own is still the right answer, we’ll say so and keep servicing it.

Where Avigilon Fits in Utah

Unity earns its keep at warehouses, schools and multi-building campuses that want footage on-site and a guard desk that actually catches things — the search tools alone change how incidents get resolved. Alta fits multi-site operators tired of babysitting NVR closets in every location.

The honest comparison: against Verkada, Avigilon Unity wins when you refuse per-camera subscriptions; Alta competes head-on in the cloud. We install all of it — ask us to price your building both ways.

Common Questions

Avigilon, Answered Straight.

Our ACC integrator disappeared. Can you take the system over?

Yes — orphaned ACC sites are routine work for us. We audit servers, licenses and camera health, recover or rebuild admin access, and pick up maintenance without ripping out hardware that still performs.

Unity or Alta — which should we run?

Keep it simple: if you want footage in the building and no recurring per-camera fees, Unity. If you run several sites and never want to touch a server again, Alta. We install both, and buildings with existing ACC investments usually stay Unity until the hardware ages out.

Do Avigilon cameras work with other video systems?

H5/H6 cameras speak the open standards, so yes — they can record to Milestone, Genetec and others. The full analytics experience (Appearance Search, Focus of Attention) lives in Avigilon’s own software, which is usually why people buy the brand.

What does an Avigilon system cost?

More than consumer gear, less than people fear — and the answer depends on camera count, retention and whether Unity or Alta fits. We walk the site and quote it in writing, with the Verkada and UniFi comparison alongside if you want it.
